New Patient Info

Welcome to our office. We LOVE new patients. We believe you are in for a real treat. In fact, Dr. Ray and Dr. Rutland are  known for giving out treats quite often.  We are so excited you have chosen to make our dental home part of your family.

To make life easier, we have included a few helpful tips.

1.  Arrive a few minutes early so we can get to know you. Enjoy our comfortable couch, get on the internet, or watch t.v.

2. Relax! We know dentistry can be stressful, but we try our best to give the best experience possible.

3. You are going to love Dr. Ray. He is very personable and caring, a man of integrity and compassion- two traits that are hard to come by today.  Again, welcome. We all are looking forward to seeing you real soon.

Thank you and please call our office if you have any questions at all.

Payment Options

For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, and major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed. We also offer the Care Credit, a dental credit card that allows patients to receive the dental treatment they need and want, and not settle for lesser treatment options. This is a third party company that allows you to make monthly, no-interest payments to them.  This is a win-win for the patient's pocketbook and their overall healthcare.

 Insurance

As a service to our patients, our practice accepts most dental insurances.  Our accounting staff will prepare all the necessary forms for your dental benefits. However, we remind you that your specific policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated. Our staff will gladly submit a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance company so that you will know what your benefits will be.

The fees charged for services rendered to those who are insured are the usual and customary fees charged to all our patients for similar services. Your policy may base its allowances on a fixed fee schedule, which may or may not coincide with our usual fees. You should be aware that different insurance companies vary greatly in the types of coverage available. Also, some companies take care of claims promptly while others delay payment for several months.
